Is the $2 my Kickstarter pledge?
No. Your $2 reservation is completed through Scribbi.com. You will make a separate pledge on Kickstarter after the campaign launches.
Will the $2 be deducted from my Kickstarter pledge?
No. Shopify and Kickstarter use separate checkout systems, so the $2 is not automatically applied to your later Kickstarter pledge.
How do I receive the personalized pen topper?
Complete an eligible Scribbi device pledge through the private VIP link. We will request the personalization details later, before production or fulfillment.
Should I enter my child's name now?
No. We will collect and confirm personalization details after you complete your eligible Kickstarter pledge.
Do I also need to follow Scribbi on Kickstarter?
We strongly recommend it. Following the pre-launch page gives you an additional Kickstarter launch notification, but your $2 Shopify reservation is what identifies you as a VIP reservation holder.
What does my reservation guarantee?
It guarantees that Scribbi will send you access to the private VIP reward during the stated 48-hour claim period. You must still complete the Kickstarter pledge while the reward is available.
Does this guarantee I will receive a Scribbi?
Yes, but only if you complete an eligible Kickstarter pledge within 48 hours, and the Kickstarter campaign is successfully funded.
How long do I have to claim the VIP offer?
The current offer provides a 48-hour claim window beginning when the Kickstarter campaign launches.
How do I request a refund?
You can request a refund by contacting our support team anytime before the Kickstarter launch.
